Recording. Fat Monk Films Ltd, operating as Fat Monk Media (“Fat Monk”), may record my image, voice, name, and the statements I make today.
Use. Fat Monk may use, edit, and share the recordings — in whole or in part — on social media (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube), on its websites (including calgarytelevision.com and Calgary Newspaper by Fat Monk), in promotion of its content, and may license these rights to others. Worldwide, royalty-free, in perpetuity.
Editing. Clips may be shortened, captioned, or combined with other material; I won’t have approval over the final edit, and not everything is published.
No payment. I’m participating voluntarily, without compensation.
Release. I release Fat Monk, its owners, and partners from claims related to reasonable use as described, to the extent permitted by Alberta law.
